SALUDPAN

Saludpan is a restaurant / EcoStore located in the north of the city dedicated to the preparation of organic and natural food. The business started as a bakery and then expanded to a restaurant with retail space. They’re the local pioneers in conscious food and they’ve found the perfect way to combine cereals without them loosing their natural nutrients in the elaboration of artisanal bread by using ancient techniques with dried fruits and seeds, all which are free of artificial coloring, additions or preservatives in their bakery.

The restaurant serves meat and has vegan options in its menu, all which offer vegetable, seeds and nut-based dishes. It also sells fresh salads and macrobiotics and sells body products and fresh ingredients all grown in their own orchard.

They also have a special vegetarian ‘Menú del día’ for 10,500 pesos that changes every day and a nice outdoor area for eating that is perfect for the sunny days of Medellín.
